Car Rental Eligibility

Are there age restrictions on the car rental?

We require our customers to be at least 22 years old (or 30 years old for private hire service) with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. Please contact [email protected] if you do not fulfil the driving requirements. Your appeal will subject to case-by-case basis.

I am a foreigner. Do I need a Singapore driving license to rent a car?

If you are residing in Singapore for less than 12 months, you’re not required to convert your foreign driving licence.

I just attained my Singapore driving license. Am I eligible to rent a car?

Probationary (P-Plate) are not accepted at the moment.

Accidents and Breakdowns

What should I do if my rental car gets involved in an accident?
  1. Exchange particulars of parties involved in the accident and take note of the vehicle numbers
  2. Take photos of the scene of the accident and the damages to all vehicles.

What should I do if my rental car breaks down?

What happens if I lose the keys to my rental car?

Call us at 81028929 / 97318883 for further advice. There may be additional charges for key replacements or for sending a recovery service.

What’s not included in the breakdown cover for my rental car?

All breakdown issues are covered but charges may be incurred for damages that are not due to the upkeep of the vehicle or due to poor handling of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to tire cuts, damaged rims, stone chips.

Servicing and Maintenance

Where do I send the car for routine servicing?

The assigned workshop is located at 291 Kaki Bukit Ave 1. Servicing is every 10,000km or as advised by the company. Please call 81028929 / 97318883 to book your servicing appointment.

What happens if I did not send the car for routine servicing?

Any damages that are a result of the lack or delay in servicing may be billed to you.

Insurance

Is there an Excess to pay on my insurance for my rental car?

Yes, there can be Excess applicable for insurance. The Excess varies from car to car. There can be an additional Excess applicable for Malaysia use. Please refer to your rental agreement for the exact amount payable.

Can I add extra drivers to my car rental?

Yes, we allow up to 1 additional driver for an additional fee. Please contact us at 97578885 and we will arrange for it.

Can I drive the car to Malaysia?

Please make sure that you have paid an additional premium to activate insurance coverage for Malaysia usage before driving into Malaysia. Please contact us at 97578885 for further information.
